			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hello almal&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dis lekker om te sien hoe mooi julle almal verloor.  Noddy, ek het ook baie om te verloor, so 40kg en hou ook niks van groente nie.  Maar ek eet dit maar, want dit is regtig vir my baie belangrik om gewig te verloor.  Ek het net besef dat as ek nie nou gaan vasbyt nie, gaan ek die res van my lewe op 'n dieet wees, want mens doen dit 2 weke, los dit weer, doen weer 2 weke , los dit weer, en op die ou einde weeg ek dan steeds maar wat ek geweeg het.&lt;br /&gt;Ek eet ook elke dag pizza, want dit is vir my lekker.  Dan eet ek baaaaaie stirfry - ek sny my hoender, murgpampoentjie en sampioene en braai dit in 'n pan met 'n bietjie balsamic by. Of ek maak 'n kerrie sousie met sprite zero, 'n teelepel mayonaise, bietjie kerrie en krummel 'n crackerbread daarin om dit bietjie dik te maak.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ek het vanoggend gegaan vir my 4 weke inweeg en bloedtoetse en het 9.4kg verloor.  Dis 'n goeie motivering vir myself.  Plus, ek herinner myself dat die maand nie soo erg was nie en dat daar net nog 5 oor is.  Maar ek moet sê, ek kroek glad nie.  Een kroek beteken die hele week is daarmee heen en ek sien nie kans om so sleg te eet en dit vir niks nie.  As ek lus raak vir iets, drink ek water tot ek omtrent naar is daarvan.  Probeer om nie honger te word nie, want dan is mens lus vir allerhande dinge.  Ek hou ook geen sweeties of koekies of niks in ons huis nie.  As my man lus is vir sweeties, kan hy winkel toe ry en koop en dit eet voor hy by die huis kom.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ek eet meestal yogurt in die oggende, so 8 uur, dan 11 uur 'n appel, dan 13:00 middagete, 16:00 se kant twee crackers,  half 7 of 7 uur aandete en daarna nog 'n vrug.  Op die manier gaan ek nie te lank sonder om aan iets te eet nie.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ek het vir 'n week klas gehad in Bloemfontein van half 9 in die oggende tot 20:00 die aande, so moes elke middag se kos voor die tyd maak en inpak en dan dit eet terwyl my klasmaats allerhande lekker dinge eet, maar ek't vir hulle gevra om nie vir my van hulle dinge aan te bied nie.  Ek was by 'n troue en het my eie kos ingepak.  Ek was by 'n damestee en het crackers en 'n vrug ingepak. En ek en my man was by the Baryard Vrydagaand vir my verjaarsdag en het my eie kossies ingepak en geët terwyl die ander pizzas en koekies en alles eet en wyn drink.  So ek dink verseker ek het 'n tyd vol versoekings gehad, maar dan sê ek net weer vir myself, as ek dit nie NOU doen nie, sal ek nooit nie.  En as ek dit nie voluit doen nie, verleng ek net die proses.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Baie sterkte almal.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ek hoop regtig ek kan die volgende 4 weke ook kroekvry deurgaan, al is dit hoe moeilik en die kos nie altyd lekker nie. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;More almal, dankie Amanda E vir die motivering, en Suikerbeki ja ek dink ek moet ook eerder cheat met healthy goed! Wel ek is more oficially 2 weke op die dieet en het vanoggend op die gym skaal geklim en 6kg so ver verloor!!! Daar is niks cm's af nie though! Dis snaaks so ek verloor maar seker water eerste. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hi almal&lt;br /&gt;'&lt;br /&gt;Baie baie dankie vir almal se dink aan my en my kind! Nita, Lulu en Jes ek waardeer dit baie!&lt;br /&gt;'&lt;br /&gt;Noddy jong ek eet gewoonlik baie lekker.  Dit was net nou die aand n bietjie sonder kleur...&lt;br /&gt;'&lt;br /&gt;Ek wil gou met julle deel waaraan ek versot is op die oomblik:  ek vat groot bruin mushrooms 2-3 (omtrent 90 )en vreeslike fyngekapte tamatie omtrent die laaste 20g, ek sit die fyn tamatie bo-op die mushrooms met my 1 teelepeltjie trim mayo verdeel tussen mushrooms, ek strooi paprika mildelik oor, swartpepper en so paar druppels balsamic op elke mushroom, ek rasper dan my toelating mozarella kaas bo-oor em bak in die oond omtrent half uur. Dis verskriklik lekke. Ek maak gewoonlik 2, dan het ek sommer een vir werk volgende dag.&lt;br /&gt;'&lt;br /&gt;Dan maak ek ook n bietjie tamats&lt;br /&gt; stew. Ek kap tamatie fyn, met greenpepper, ui, mushrooms en stoomdit gaar, ek gooi n knippie kerrie poeier, halwe teelepel paprika, halwe natreen, sout en pepper en so bietjie tab of sprite zero. Terwyl dit stoom, rooster ek my stukkie steak, net half gaar, dan sit ek dit by die stew in en stoom verder. Dit is dan heerlik sag en sappig.&lt;br /&gt;,&lt;br /&gt;Dis belangrik om moeite te doen met jou etes. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Noddy,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ek cheat so nou en dan met gedroogte mango, sugar free lekkertjies en ekt al n carob bar geeet. Dit raak moeilik en ek cheat eerder met dit as verkeerde goed, want weerhou jy jou daarvan vergryp mens menself dalk net aan verkeerde goed. Dis hoe ek voel! Het Vrydagaand toe ek by die huis kom een koekie geeet en vanoggend het ek rosyntjie brood wat ek gisteraand gebak het opgesny en so bietjie van die krummels geeet uit gewoonte!!!! ek het baie ander versoeke weerstaan! Probleem is ek  koop nou vir my bf al die goed wat ek nie kan eet nie en voer hom!! Jong ek gaan net weer vorentoe kyk en geen meer cheat nie.&lt;br /&gt;Plaasmeisie hoe het jy so lank gehou op die dieet want ek het net so lank om te gaan? 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Dankie Lulu ek sal probeer! Amanda E ek maak myself net so naar vir van die kos wat ek moet eet. Ek eet maar nou elke aand pizza want dit is lekker en dan druk ek maar my lunch af. Eet baie min verskillende groente. 90% van die tyd squashies want dis al wat my nie naar maak nie. Verder net my 1/2 tamatie, mushrooms, ui, groenpeper. Sal so bietjie blomkool nou en dan in my sop gooi. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hello almal!&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;br /&gt;Ek loer net weer gou-gou in.&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;br /&gt;Dit is sekerlik die tyd (koue) wanneer mens net alles wil verslind maar hou tog kop! Ek maak my kossies so dat dit my ou pensie vol maak dan het ek nie begeerte om ander goed te eet nie. Deesdae eet ek my crackers met my maaltye. Voorheen het ek dit spesifiek vir snacktyd gehou. Stir fry's is uit! (water kook weg en kos lyk minder) en sop, pizza en stews is in! &lt;br /&gt;-&lt;br /&gt;Amanda E - Dit vat 'n besonderse ma om 'n liefdevolle, siek seuntjie te he - Jy is sterk en spesiaal. Meeste van die kere besluit ek ook op die dag waarvoor ek lus het - ek maak nooit klomp maaltye vooruit nie.  Dit werk vir my.&lt;br /&gt;**&lt;br /&gt;Noddy:  jy doen goed - druk deur die naweek en moenie dat die naweek jou pootjie nie.  Voor jy jou oe uitvee, het jy al 'n hele paar kilo's verloor.&lt;br /&gt;**&lt;br /&gt;Plaasmeisie:  ek's bly jou skaal het weer begin afbeweeg.  Sterkte vir jou naweek ook - jy's ampertjies klaar.&lt;br /&gt;**&lt;br /&gt;NitaH:  moenie jouself kasty oor jy nt 2kg verloor het nie - ten minste is dit 2kg in die regte rigting! 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hi almal... Ek is terug (maar hopenlik net vir so KORT rukkie).... Vir daai wat my dalk onthou, ek is eintlik engels, so verskoon net asb die spel voute ens  &lt;img src='http://www.drcohensupport.co.za/sapphire/images/smilies/smile.gif'&gt;  Ek het gisteraand die Mei 2012 forum begin lees, en nou eers heeltemal opgevang, toe besluit om ook weer my se te he! Hee hee!&lt;br /&gt;Okay, so my storie: ek het laas jaar my DC program begin en binne 12 weke klaar gemaak (het 15kgs gehad om te verloor). Ek het my refeed gedoen en in augustus was heeltemal klaar! Toe ontmoet ek die man van my drome en het LEKE begin date  &lt;img src='http://www.drcohensupport.co.za/sapphire/images/smilies/smile.gif'&gt;  ons het omtrent 3 keer n week gaan uiteet en nes ek, is hy verslaaf aan suur goed! Vir 4 maande het dinge so aangegaan, en ek kan EEERLIK waar se, ek het by my doelgewig gebly! Nou en dan n kilo opgetel, maar dan het ek net carbs uitgesny vir 48 uur, toe verdywn daai kilo net so! Einde Desember het ek besluit om weer op n pil te gaan, en ja toe begin my probleme! Die nuwe hormone het NIE saam met my gestem nie en toe begin ek stadig maar seker optel! Van januarie af tot nou toe, so ek tussen 1 tot 5 kgs optel (maar ek HET soos n vark geeet!), dan DC ek vir so 3 of 4 dae om dit weer af te kry, dans dit weer naweek, dan tel ek weer op! Dinsdag toe ek myself weeg to staan ek op 59.8!!!! Ek wou doodgaan! Toe begin ek sommer daai selfde dag weer op my program! Vanoggend toe ek weeg (na net 2 dae) was ek alreeds 1.8kgs af! Whoop whoop! My doel is weer by 55 uit te kom, en ek weet ek sal dit maklik kan doen! Moet net vasbyt en dit een dag op n tyd doen. As ek enige raad kan gee! Moenie cheat nie, want donner dis moelike om jou kop weer reg te kry vir DIE dieet! Ek is nou klaar met dag 3 en so ver so goed! Oh ek het besluit, die keer as ek by my doel uitkom, inplaas van my 18 dae refeed weer oordoen, gaan ek die hele 30 dae doen! Ek weet julle wonder seker hoekom, maar ek dink dit sal my goed doen om die nuwe kossies STADIGER in te bring en dan het ek ook meer tyd om n groote verskydenheid van nuwe kossies te kan bysit! Maak dit dalk sin?&lt;br /&gt;Anyway, ek hoop almal het n lekker aandjie verder! More is vryday (dankie tog) maar vrydae is altyd vir my moelik want dan begin ek alklaar verskonings soek om te cheat! 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hi Stardust, no my mannual does specifically says each cracker / ricecake must not weigh more than 5.85gram. A provita weighs 5 gram and a crackerbread weighs 9gram. Amanda E jammer om te hoor van jou seun maar sjoe jy het wilskrag om nie te gecheat het nie - you go girl.&lt;br /&gt;Ek het gister so bietjie meer crackers geeet as wat ek moes maar ag at least cheat ek nie met ander goed nie. Antoinette (my konsultant) het vir my gese dat jou beskuitjies moet nie meer as 5.85gram weeg nie en dit staan in my mannual. So ek eet 2 provitas saam ontbyt (wat 5 gram elk is) dan 2 x crackerbread vir aandete vir my pizza (wat 9gram elk is) so dis bietjie meer as wat ek moet maar dis so lekker.&lt;br /&gt;Elk geval naweek nr 2 is vir my om die draai so ai hoop ek kan by DC hou die naweek! Sal seker nie keuse he nie. My kantoorvenster seel nie behoorlik nie, want dis die venster wat die skoonmakers altyd moet gebruik om die hoe gebou se vensters buitekant te was!  So ek voel soos 'n ysblokkie....brrrrr.&lt;br /&gt;**&lt;br /&gt;Welkom aan die nuwe outjies, julle moet net deurdruk en soveel moontlik by jul program hou.  Wanneer mens begin cheat, dan begin die probleme!  &lt;br /&gt;**&lt;br /&gt;AmandaE - ek hoop jou seuntjie word gou beter.  Dis nooit lekker vir 'n ma wanneer haar kinders siek is nie.  Bid vir julle xxx&lt;br /&gt;**&lt;br /&gt;Dit was my man se 40ste verjaarsdag gister, en ons het sommer al verlede Saterdag bietjie begin vier saam met familie - wat toe ontaard het in potjiekos, koek en tert.  O wee!  Ek het toe nou maar gisteraand 'n stokkie voor die koek etery gesteek en gelukkig is die laaste koek nou ook klaar - so geen meer versoekings nie!  &lt;br /&gt;**&lt;br /&gt;Ek dink ek gaan die naweek bietjie van die sop resepte maak, want ek begin nou ook honger raak vir warm kossies, eerder as die slaai van die somer!&lt;br /&gt;**&lt;br /&gt;Sterkte vir julle almal vir 'n goeie Donderdag. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;More Almal&lt;br /&gt;'&lt;br /&gt;Ek terug by die werk. Ek was af met my seuntjie wat baie baie siek was.  Hy kon nie beweeg van saterdag af, het inflammasie in sy linker heup gehad en het eers weer gisteraand begin loop.  Ek het n paar plooie by gekry!  Hy het 2 heup operasies gehad en ons was 2 weke terug by die spesialis wat gese het nog n operasie is dalk nodig.  Ek het so hard gebid. en toe saterdag dit!  Dit is toe ooreising wat inflammasie veroorsaak het. &lt;br /&gt;'&lt;br /&gt;Ek het deur dit alles reg geeet!  Dit was bitter moeilik!!  Ek wou gedurig gryp na troos!  Ek het op n stadium vir my man gese as ek nou wegtrek eet ek woollies leeg.  Maar ek het sekerlik van bo die krag gekry, ek is oneindig dankbaar daarvoor.&lt;br /&gt;'&lt;br /&gt;Ek wil net vir julle se.... daar is NOOT ideale omstandighede om te dieet nie.  Daar sal ALTYD n rede of verskoning wees as mens dit soek.&lt;br /&gt;'&lt;br /&gt;Ek het nog nie die ander nuus opgevang nie, wou net gou kom se eks terug.&lt;br /&gt;'&lt;br /&gt;Sterkte aan almal. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hoendersop&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ek maak die hoender met knoffel, naeltjie en koljander in n pot, dan voeg ek water by en laat dit oor lae hitte kook vir 20min. Dan voeg ek my groente porsie by wat fyn blomkool bietjie ui en bietjie tamatie en mushrooms is. Sout en peper na smaak. Kook verdere 20min oor lae hitte. As ek dit ontvries krummel ek crackerbread in om dit dikker te maak. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Goeienaand almal&lt;br /&gt;Die einde van nog 'n werksdag maar die begin van die werk by die huis - dis nou maar seker ons voorreg as werkende ma's! Maar eers moes ek my daaglikse motivering kom kry en ja, dis wat gebeur as mens by hierdie forum inlog en lees. Dames, julle besef dalk nie hoeveel help dit nie maar ek kan eerlik sê BAIE! Dit is nie 'n maklike eetplan nie en elke bietjie aansporing help om te weet daar sal 'n dag kom wat ek ook op refeed gaan wees - bietjie vêr in die toekoms op hierdie stadium maar die agteros kom ook in die kraal, ek sal ook daar uitkom.&lt;br /&gt;Moes vandag gegaan het vir my 8 weke weeg maar die konsultant het gisteraand laat weet sy kom nie vandag nie, eers Vrydag en dan hang dit af van die weer (of daar mis op die pad is of nie) of sy vroeg sal kom. Die gelollery is dat ek 'n ent uit die dorp werk, ons begin 07:30 amptelik te werk en as jy nie dan ingeklok is nie verloor jy tyd (wat geld is). Intussen het ek nouklaar vir vanoggend 'n uur se verlof moes insit. Kos dit my nou vanoggend dit verander, nuwe vorms voltooi, handtekeninge gaan vra - en hierdie ou vrou is sommer nou krapperig daaroor. Ek weet dit klink kleinlik maar aan die einde van die dag hoekom het ek 'n spul geld moes betaal vir 'n konsultant wat die indruk laat van nie baie gesteld wees daarop om na die kliënte om te sien nie? Ek het van die begin af vir haar gesê ek kan nie net met die klap van 'n vinger gesig wys nie, dis 'n proses om in werkstyd af te kry. Ag, nou het ek sommer op julle almal se skouers gehuil - aan die einde van die dag moet mens maar glimlag en vasbyt, want ek is die verleë een wat dik is (maar daaraan werk!) en wat die refeed wil hê aan die einde. Het die week 0,1kg verloor. Gewoonlik verloor ek 1kg gemiddeld. Maar solank ek verloor. Die sop is darem lekker in die koue. Ek is verslaaf aan gedroogde mango. Dis my snack en ek voel dis seker beter as om heeltemal te cheat met verkeerde kos!  Ek het in my 9 weke 12,3kg verloor. Ek moet nog 10kg verloor. Ek gaan die begin van Julie weg, so ek wil dan nie meer veel oor he om te verloor nie. Dis so lekker om almal se posts te lees en jul help regtig met motivering! Jong dis darem lekker om komplimente te kry. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hallo almal!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Uiteindelik by die regte Mei! So jammer dat ek die 2de Mei oopgemaak het-nie gesien daars reeds ene nie!  Ek voel baie down. Het die week 0,1kg verloor. Gewoonlik verloor ek 1kg gemiddeld. Maar solank ek verloor. Die sop is darem lekker in die koue. Ek is verslaaf aan gedroogde mango. Dis my snack en ek voel dis seker beter as om heeltemal te cheat met verkeerde kos!  Ek het in my 9 weke 12,3kg verloor. Ek moet nog 10kg verloor. Ek gaan die begin van Julie weg, so ek wil dan nie meer veel oor he om te verloor nie. Dis so lekker om almal se posts te lees en jul help regtig met motivering! Jong dis darem lekker om komplimente te kry. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;My consultant replied and said that you can only have 2 x 5.85gram of either crackerbread, provita or ricecake. Crackerbread weighs 10gram so you can only have 2 and a halve a day. Please contact your consultant. Who did you go through? I went through Antoinette. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hi Noddy,&lt;br /&gt;On my Book says for my chart &lt;br /&gt;5 of either provita or crackerbread&lt;br /&gt;A day.&lt;br /&gt;When i lived in England when i did the diet&lt;br /&gt;I only had option of ryveta, and diet still worked&lt;br /&gt;Averaging 5kg a month but at start of diet&lt;br /&gt;Was 10kg down, Ryveta is equivalent to 1.5 crackerbread&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Yes...years later on diet again. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hi Stardust, the booklet says any cracker, ricecake must not way more than 5.85gram. 1 crackerbread weighs 9-10gram so you can only have 1. The only thing you can have 5 of is provitas as it is 5gram each (I mailed my consultant). 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Ek het toe gister op die gym se skaal geklim en was baie surprised om te sien ek het in my eerste week 3kg verloor!!! Die top wat ek vandag aanhet sit ook klein bietjie losser so seker maar paar cm's ook af. Ek het nog nie een keer gecheat nie net gister kon ek nie al my water drink nie so het net 1litre gedrink. Is nou al by 1.5l so sal vanaand die ander 500ml drink. Jong ek is so excited. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hi there, i personally dont like rice cakes so i stick to CrackerBread or provitas.  I also dont have 5 per day, maybe 2.  Just weigh ur rice cakes if you are not sure.  Check out the booklet you received from Dr Cohen for the do's and dont's.
